This 400 sq. ft. building is located near the water shack (both are 0.2 mile from the house, near the foot of the driveway). The studio has 220v electricity. Although there is a septic tank nearby, as well as a telephone connect box, there is no water plumbed to this former woodworking shop, nor currently is the phone line connected--although connections could be made. If the buyer of Casa Loma is not interested in using this building as a shop or studio, it could be made into a guest house without too much difficulty. Wall and display shelving is included.
